WhatsApp marketing agency in Coimbatore

Every enquiry answered on WhatsApp, even when you are busy.

We are a WhatsApp marketing agency in Coimbatore. We set up WhatsApp for your business so customers get a reply in seconds, book a slot, get reminded before they come, and get asked for a Google review after they visit.

We built this first for our own brand, PRISTINE AACF, our own EV charging and car wash brand in Coimbatore. Now we set it up for other businesses.

What you get

Auto-replies. When someone messages, they get an answer straight away: your prices, timings, location, or a menu of choices.

Booking. Customers pick a service and a time inside WhatsApp. You see the booking. They get a confirmation.

Reminders. A message before the appointment, so fewer people forget.

Google review requests. After each visit, the customer gets a short message with your review link. More reviews help you show up on Google Maps.

Instagram replies too. We can also set up automatic replies to Instagram comments and DMs, so those enquiries get answered too.

Done for you. We set it up, write the messages with you in Tamil, English or Kannada, test it, and run it every month.

WhatsApp Business app or the official API?

There are two ways to use WhatsApp for business.

The free WhatsApp Business app is what most shops already use. It gives you a business profile, a catalogue, a greeting message, an away message and quick replies. It is good for a small number of chats that you answer yourself. It cannot run proper booking flows, connect to your other tools, or send automatic reminders and review requests at scale. And it runs on one phone plus a few linked devices, with no shared team inbox.

The official WhatsApp Business API is the paid version that Meta offers through official providers. It lets you automate replies, booking, reminders and review requests, and several people can answer from one number. This is what we set up. Today we use Gupshup as the provider, or a similar official provider if it suits you better.

If the free app is enough for you, we will tell you. Many small businesses start there.

Who pays for what

You own your WhatsApp Business account and your number. Not us. If you ever stop working with us, the number and the chats stay with you.

There are three costs:

  1. Our fee: WhatsApp done for you from ₹9,999 setup + ₹4,999 a month. Our fee covers our work.
  2. The provider's platform fee: paid by you directly to the provider (for example Gupshup).
  3. WhatsApp's own message charges: paid by you directly. Meta's India rates (Meta list rates, October 2026) per delivered message are about ₹0.86 for a marketing message and ₹0.115 for a utility message such as a booking confirmation or reminder. From 1 October 2026, the first 1,000 service replies (replies to customers who messaged you) per number per month are free. When someone messages you after clicking a click-to-WhatsApp ad, replies are free for 72 hours.

For most small businesses doing replies and reminders, message charges come to a few hundred to a few thousand rupees a month. You see every bill yourself.

How it works

  1. A free 30-minute call. We look at how enquiries reach you today and where they get lost.
  2. Account and number. We help you set up the WhatsApp Business account in your business name. Meta checks your business documents, which can be the slowest part.
  3. We build the flows. Auto-replies, booking, reminders and review requests, written in your words. Instagram replies too, if you want them.
  4. We test, then go live. You are live in up to 1 week, usually faster.
  5. We run it every month. We watch the chats, fix what is not working and add new messages when you need them.

What we need from you

  • A phone number for WhatsApp Business (it can be a new number)
  • Your business documents for Meta's verification
  • Your services, prices, timings and Google review link
  • 30 minutes to agree the messages

We never spam your customers

We only message people who have contacted you or agreed to hear from you. We do not send bulk messages to bought lists or people who did not opt in. That is the quickest way to get your number blocked or banned by WhatsApp.

Works with your ads, website and Google profile

The enquiries come from your ads, your website and Google. WhatsApp is where they get answered. For the full picture, read our guide to WhatsApp automation for business.

Questions people ask

Will my WhatsApp number get banned?

Not if it is used properly. Numbers get banned for bulk messages to people who did not agree to them, or when many people block or report them. We only message people who contacted you or opted in, we use the official API, and we keep marketing messages few and useful.

How much does WhatsApp Business API cost in India?

There are three parts. The provider's platform fee, Meta's message charges (about ₹0.86 per marketing message and ₹0.115 per utility message, per delivered message; Meta list rates, October 2026), and our fee if you want it done for you (from ₹9,999 setup + ₹4,999 a month). You pay the provider and Meta directly. The first 1,000 service replies per number each month are free from 1 October 2026, and replies are free for 72 hours after a customer clicks a click-to-WhatsApp ad.

Can I do this myself for free?

Partly. The free WhatsApp Business app gives you greeting and away messages, quick replies and a catalogue. If you get a few chats a day and answer them yourself, that may be enough. Booking flows, automatic reminders and review requests need the official API and someone to set it up and look after it. That is what we do.

Who owns the number?

You do. The WhatsApp Business account is in your business name. We are added as admin to set it up and run it.

What hours do you reply?

We reply on WhatsApp from 9 am to 7 pm. Your automatic replies work all day and night.
