This notice explains what personal data PredictaOps collects when you use predictaops.com, why we collect it, who else processes it, and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Who we are
This website is operated by PREDICTAOPS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated in India on 25 July 2026, with CIN U62011TZ2026PTC040116, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
PredictaOps is a B2B studio. I build the system that runs one messy process in a business or a practice, then I stay on it. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice on this site.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate the site and respond to you. We do not run a marketing pixel or an analytics script on this site.
- Work email — only if you choose to send diagnostic results. The 2-minute check can be started and completed without an email. You see the result card first. If you enter an address, that submission is stored in Notion for internal review.
- Scoping-call booking. Cal.com collects your name, email, and any notes you type when you book.
- Hosting logs. Vercel records IP address, user agent, requested path, and timing for security and uptime.
- CloudFront. Amazon CloudFront may log requests if a visitor fetches a static file we still host there. We do not currently play a homepage hero video.
What we do not collect
- We do not load Plausible, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other usage tracker on this site.
- We do not use marketing cookies, retargeting, or cross-site advertising identifiers.
Who else processes it
- Vercel — hosts the website and the diagnostic lead function.
- Cal.com — scheduling.
- Notion — stores a diagnostic row if you submit the email form.
- Amazon CloudFront — CDN for large static files when used.
- WhatsApp / Meta — only if you message the published WhatsApp number.
