The Practice Bottleneck Check: a two-week review of one workflow

The PredictaOps Practice Bottleneck Check is a two-week review of one workflow at your firm. We look at how work actually moves, for example how a new enquiry becomes an instructed matter, or how a conveyancing document bundle gets reviewed. It starts with a free 30-minute call. It ends with a written fix plan and a fixed build quote. The fee is fixed, and it is fully credited against any build.

PredictaOps is not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, file in court or replace counsel.

The check

How the two weeks run

On the call we agree which process to look at, and what we need from the people who run it. Then we stay with that process: how work actually moves, and where it stalls. We do not review the whole practice, and we do not start with a transformation programme.

What's in your fix plan

The written plan covers the structure below. It describes the work. It is not a result, and there is no obligation to go ahead with a build.

PropFiled, ready to use

PropFiled is our proof point: a system that produces document reconciliation reports for property files, where every point is checked against the source page, with personal data masking and per-firm data separation. PropFiled does the document grunt work. The advocate keeps the judgment. PropFiled is ready to use, now enrolling advocates for its pilot. propfiled.com

FAQ

FAQ

What do you review?

One workflow, not the whole practice. We agree which process on the call.

How long does it take?

Two weeks, after a free 30-minute call.

What do you need from the firm?

The people who run that process, and enough of the real work to see how it moves. We agree the detail on the call.

How is data handled?

We agree on the call what we need to see and how it is shared. PropFiled uses personal data masking and per-firm data separation, and is ready to use, now enrolling advocates for its pilot.

What happens after the check?

You receive the written plan. The check is a fixed fee, fully credited against any build.

Does PredictaOps give legal advice?

No. PredictaOps is not a law firm and gives no legal advice. We do not file in court or replace counsel.
