Privacy Policy
This page covers what PredictaOps collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We try to keep this in plain English because the people we work with are operators, not lawyers. If something here is unclear, email hello@predictaops.com and we'll explain.
Who runs this site
PredictaOps is a sole-founder consultancy operated by Guhan, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. Contact: hello@predictaops.com.
What we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate the site and respond to you. Specifically:
- Email address — if you complete the Quick Diagnostic. You enter it voluntarily after the 5-question quiz. We use it only to send your score breakdown and follow up about the paid Audit if your score qualifies.
- Email address — if you email us directly. Standard. We respond and may keep the thread for our records.
- Scoping-call data. When you book a 30-minute call through our scheduling tool (Cal.com), they collect your name, email, and any details you choose to share in the booking form. Their privacy policy applies to that data: cal.com/privacy.
- Anonymous usage data. We use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool — to understand which pages get read and which links get clicked. Plausible does not collect personal data, does not use cookies, and does not track you across sites. Their policy: plausible.io/data-policy.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) logs IP addresses and request timing for security and uptime. These are not used for marketing.
What we don't collect
- We don't use marketing cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party trackers.
- We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
- We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't sign up for.
- We don't share your information with anyone outside the small list of service providers below.
Who else sees your data
Only the service providers we use to run the site. Specifically:
- Vercel — hosts the website. Sees standard server logs.
- Cal.com — handles call scheduling. Sees your name, email, and booking details when you book.
- Plausible Analytics — anonymous usage data only. No personal identifiers.
- Notion — stores Quick Diagnostic responses for internal review. Only PredictaOps team members can see this.
How long we keep things
- Quick Diagnostic email + score: up to 24 months, then deleted unless you've become a client.
- Email correspondence: retained as long as the conversation is operationally relevant.
- Server logs: 30 days, then automatically purged by Vercel.
- Anonymous analytics data: aggregated indefinitely. Personal identifiers are never stored.
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
If you're a resident of India, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it if it's wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you can't.

Children
This site and the services described on it are intended for business owners and decision-makers over 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we'll update the “Effective” date at the top of this page. If the changes affect data we already hold from you, we'll email you to let you know.
